The leaves are full of color

We dance and let them fall

Landing on our shoulders

Never living this way at all.

Hello there! My name is Elise.
I'm a Michigan gal through and through, but my heart's all over the world. Currently, I'm enjoying exploring my new city: Grand Rapids. Lots of good coffee is being had!
Obviously, I love to write, but I also love to sing and would drop everything to join a folk band.
Most of all, I love knowing people in their entirety and finding the beauty in the every day. Hopefully, you'll find some of that beauty here.
